Each zone in Notifery operates under a plan that determines its capabilities and limitations. Understanding your plan helps you make the best use of Notifery’s features within your allowed limits.

Accessing Plan Information

To view your zone’s plan:

Navigate to your zone
Click on “Settings” in the zone header (admin access required)
Select “Plan” from the settings navigation menu

Plan Features and Limitations

The plan page displays key information about your current plan, including:

Event Retention

The number of days that events are stored before being automatically deleted. For example, with 30-day retention, events older than 30 days will be removed from the system.

Maximum Groups

The total number of groups you can create within your zone. This limit helps organize the zone’s structure and prevent overcomplicated setups.

Monthly Events

The maximum number of events you can send to this zone per calendar month. This is a rolling limit that resets at the beginning of each month.

Daily Events

The maximum number of events you can send to this zone per day. This limit helps prevent abuse and ensures fair usage of the platform.

Best Practices for Plan Management

Focus on actionable events - Not every system log needs to be a Notifery event
Use meaningful titles and messages - Make each notification count
Leverage groups to categorize and filter events
Clean up old or redundant events manually if they’re no longer needed
