Details

The Event Details page provides comprehensive information about a specific notification event, allowing you to investigate issues, track status, and take appropriate actions.

Accessing Event Details

Section titled “Accessing Event Details”

You can access the details for any event by:

  • Clicking on the event title in the Events Dashboard
  • Following links from notification emails or alerts

Interface Components

Section titled “Interface Components”

The Event Details page contains several sections:

  1. Header Information

    • Event title and unique identifier
    • Creation timestamp and source zone
    • Severity level indicator

  2. Event Body

    • Full description and context
    • Error details (if applicable)
    • Formatted content (supports Markdown)

  3. Metadata

    • Tags and categories
    • Related resources
    • Event group information
    • Expiration time (if TTL was set)

  4. Action Panel

    • Mark as read/unread
    • Delete event

Deleting Events

Remove events that are no longer needed by using the delete button in the action panel.
